Due Date for submitting Income Tax Form

Just in case you are not sure about when is the due date to submit your income tax form, you can check it here:-

1. If you received a Form B (and you have your own business) due date is 30 Jun 2009;


2. If you received a Form B (Do not have a business) due date is 30 April 2009;


3. If you received a Borang BE, due date is 30 April 2009;


4. If you are a non tax resident and filing a Form M (with business), due date is 30 June 2009;


5. Form M (Do not have a business), due date in 30 April 2009.

So watch out for these date!

For Tax Agent, please do not download the forms from IRB's website for submission!
